For curry, bento, brunch, snacks, and drinks. Guests scan a table QR code, the counter opens the check on a tablet, and the kitchen board and printers send the order out. Close the day in one step, or ask today's sales on LINE when you are away.
Basic NT$990 / month, Pro NT$1,990 / month (excl. tax). 14-day free trial. No cut of the order.
Key features
- Guests scan a QR code for dine-in, takeaway, pickup, and delivery. No app. The menu can be Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean.
- The counter board shows every open ticket, and staff can open a check and take payment.
- Kitchen board and a pickup screen. Receipt and label printers can print; a tablet is enough without a printer.
- Ask sales on LINE. Price, sold out, and the books are listed first and run only after you confirm.
- A warning at 80%. At the limit only the assistant pauses. Ordering, printing, and payment continue, and nothing is billed extra.
- A monthly fee, with no cut of the order. E-invoicing and delivery apps are planned.

Questions
- Do guests install an app?
- No. The phone camera opens the table QR code in the browser.
- Can the assistant change my data on its own?
- No. A change is listed first and runs only after you confirm. Ten minutes with no confirm drops it, and every change is logged. On Basic the assistant can only answer questions.
- What happens when the AI quota runs out?
- Nothing is billed extra. A warning at 80%. At the limit only the assistant pauses. Ordering, printing, and payment continue, and the quota returns next month.
- Do I have to buy printers?
- No. The kitchen can use the board on a tablet or phone. Buy a supported printer only if you want paper tickets.
- What if the network drops?
- EZDine needs a network. After it returns, the board reconnects and catches the orders from the gap. Print jobs wait and print when the station is back.
- Can it connect to Uber Eats, foodpanda, or e-invoices?
- Those are planned. They need a shop that is open to test them. See the co-builder section.
- Do I need my own LINE official account?
- Not on Basic. The assistant uses a LINE account we provide. On Pro, your own account can be set up by you or as a paid setup.
- Is guest data kept apart?
- Each shop's data is separate. A phone number is used for the order and for points. Card numbers stay with the payment provider.
- How is a second shop priced?
- From the second shop, NT$590 more per shop each month. A brand with many shops should talk to us.
- How do I pay, and is there an invoice?
- Bank transfer. We issue an e-invoice and can include your company name and tax id.
- Do I buy devices from you?
- No. You bring them. We do not sell hardware. Ask on the contact page for a suggested model.
- Who pays LINE and LINE Pay fees?
- You pay LINE directly for the official account, broadcasts, and LINE Pay. We do not collect those fees.
